Do I have to be present for a cleaning?
Not at all! It’s easier to clean an unoccupied space. You do need to make sure that we know how to enter and exit your property, and give us a way to reach you if we should have any questions.
What about my pets?
We love pets! For the safety of pets and cleaners alike, we do ask that aggressive, territorial, or “escape artist” pets please be secured before your appointment. Otherwise, just let us know where the treat jar is 🙂
How many people will come to clean my house?
That can vary, but our cleaners generally prefer to work alone or in small teams.
