Estimates and Pricing: All estimates are subject to change based on the home’s actual condition.
Cancellation/Rescheduling: If the Client cancels within 24 hours, a partial or full service fee will apply. Rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a $25 fee.
Lockout Fee: If access to the home is denied or unavailable upon arrival, or if the cleaner must wait 20 minutes or longer to enter, a partial cleaning fee may be charged.
Payment Terms: Payment is due within 24 hours of service. A 10% late fee applies for delayed payments. Credit cards will be placed on hold 5-6 days before cleaning and charged after completion. By booking, Client agrees to have their card stored and charged for unpaid services, add-ons, cancellations, or reschedules.
Use of Cleaning Photos: Client consents to the use of before-and-after photos for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested. No personal or identifying details will be shared.
Non-Solicitation of Cleaners: If the Client hires or attempts to hire a Sweetfern Cleaning cleaner directly, a $2,500 fee applies. Clients cannot hire cleaners for one year after they leave Sweetfern Cleaning.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If unhappy, the Client may request a re-clean of the specified tasks/areas they are not satisfied with (up to 2 hours) or a partial refund (amount determined by Sweetfern Cleaning based on specific situation). Full refunds are not offered.
Pet Policy: Clients must secure pets during cleaning. Sweetfern Cleaning and our cleaners may not be held responsible for pet damages, “escapes”, etc.
Holidays and Closures: We do not ask our cleaners to work on holidays. Ifa cleaning falls on a holiday, it will be canceled, with an option to reschedule.
Liability and Damages: Sweetfern Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damages, normal wear and tear, or missing property. Clients should secure valuables. Sweetfern Cleaning is insured, as are our cleaners.
Additional Services: Only tasks outlined in the checklist are included. Any additional services will incur a fee and must be confirmed before cleaning.
Health-Related Refusals: Sweetfern Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service if anyone is sick or showing symptoms of illness. Health-related cancellations require 24 hours’ notice, with a $25 rescheduling fee.
What We Do Not Clean or Provide: We do not clean bodily fluids, biohazards, areas requiring a ladder higher than two steps, or exterior windows. An additional fee applies for cleaning animal waste.
By scheduling a service with Sweetfern Cleaning LLC, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms in this Agreement.
